This sounds like a band whose members all like different styles of music. However, one or two of them are on the path to something amazing, because a couple of the songs made me stop, listen, and then hit repeat. Particularly "Don't Let Go" and "I'll Be Waiting," although I would've kept going with the catchy feel of the intro on "I'll Be Waiting" rather than break down into a rock riff. The guys responsible for those songs should break off and start from scratch.
