These Enzymes : Henry (2004)
Doghouse Records : EP (5 Songs) : www.theseenzymes.com

If "Henry" was a real kid, doctors would be stupefied, and declare him a child genius. These Enzymes's (hailing from Edmond, OK, and Long Island, NY) first release on Doghouse Records proves that intelligent/aggressive hardcore music can still exist in the 21st century. This 5-song EP will leave you weak in the knees and pleasantly baffled. Unbelievable bass lines, driving guitar riffs, spastic drums and raw vocals lead you through 9 1/2 minutes of the most honest hardcore release in years. The artwork deserves a mention too.
