Brandtson gives forth a commendable effort with this album. Forgettable guitar riffs and decent vocal melodies pollute a wonderfully produced album that leaves me reaching for my Jealous Sound record. (Hmm, ironic.) This album is not bad by any means; it just never peaks. Half of the album is incredible. Tracks 2,3,7 & 9 are the standouts. (Track 9 should've opened the record.) The rock thing doesn't work. The slow thing does.
