Got to Nashville yesterday to begin rehearsals for the Gardening, Not Architecture + Dinner And A Suit east coast tour that kicks off in Richmond on Jan 22!
I felt like a manic Santa Claus today: Delivered over 100 individual download codes for the advanced copy of my new album, signed and packaged 26 posters and 19 photozines, sent my album to my digital distributor to be added to iTunes, and sent the new album to my lawyers and my licensing agency. I was supposed to make a prototype of the new G,NA handmade shirt today, but shit. I’m exhausted. Being your own record label is hard! Goodnight! ♥
This is the photozine I made as one of the Rewards in my recent Kickstarter fundraiser. It contains over 20 photos I took while I was couch-surfing and touring North America in 2009 and 2010. Each photo is accompanied by one of my favorite quotes from that period in my life. I’ve had so much fun putting this together that I think I’m going to start making photozines regularly and selling them through my website and Etsy shop! I will have Volume One available on my upcoming tour. ♥
